Só não pode fotografar as obras como eu fiz e levei bronca...

Semana passada fui conferir o Balé Nacional da China. Uma palavra? Maravilhoso! Sou suspeita para comentar pois dancei balé durante boa parte da minha infância até os 14 anos. Desisti pela coleção de dores, calos e ensaios. Até hoje minhas articulações estalam! Claro que paixão antiga não se esquece e fiquei deslumbrada com a apresentação do Balé chinês. O programa de Brasília contou com Giselle ato II, New Year’s Sacrifice e Yellow Rive. Infelizmente "Lanternas Vermelhas" do cineasta Zhang Yimou não veio pra cá (tão injusto...).

Fotografei do jeito que consegui, tão difícil foto em movimento... mas espero que gostem!

Last week I went to theater to see the National Ballet of China. One word? Wonderful! 

I am suspected to comment because I danced ballet for most of my childhood until I was 14 years. I gave up after the "collection" of pain, callus and rehearsals. Even today my joints pop! 

Of course old passions are unforgettable and I was delighted with the presentation of chinese Ballet. The Brasília program featured Giselle Act II, New Year's Sacrifice and Yellow Rive. Unfortunately, "Raise the Red Lantern" by filmmaker Zhang Yimou didn't come here (so unfair...). I photographed the best I could, so hard to take pictures in motion...

I greatly admire the elegance of fashion designer Carolina Herrera. If you never saw her, its easy to identify her style: the essential white shirt. Basic, simple and spotless, the white shirt is Carolina Herrera's favorite because never goes out of fashion. Visiting Brazil, the designer defended iy's versatility: "It can be used with sweaters, pants, shorts, jackets, with jewels, no jewelry, with heels, no heels, long skirts, short ..." Following her advice, Sharon Stone wore it in the Oscar and Queen Rania were a bridesmaid. Good example, isn't it?
